Founded in 1992, Harmony Designs combines both hand-crafting and leading edge printing technology to create top quality keepsakes and gifts. Our goal is to create gifts for museum stores, historic sites, educational institutions, businesses, or individuals wanting unique personalized items.
Harmony Designs crafts custom items for over 650 museum stores, historic sites, bookstores and tourist destinations throughout the U.S., Canada and Europe. Customers can “build their own” products online without design or set-up fees.

Are discounts available?
Quantity Discounts are available for larger orders. The discounted pricing is calculated automatically when qualifying items are added to the shopping cart.
Are there set-up charges?
There are no set-up charges unless there is an exceptional amount of scanning or special handling required for your work.
Is there a charge for imprinting a logo for our museum, company, etc?
There is no extra charge for imprinting a logo or the name of your museum, organization, company, etc.
Is there an extra charge for full color printing?
There is no extra charge for full color printing.
Am I able to request printing on the back of bookmarks?
Yes, there is one-time set-up a charge of $30 plus 20 cents extra per bookmark for this service.
Am I able to place my order online and receive quantity discounts?
Yes. The quantity discounts are calculated automatically when qualifying items are added to the shopping cart. You may also place your order by calling our toll free number.
How long will it take to produce and ship my order?
We are often able to process orders within one to two business days, but occasionally, especially during busy times, production may take longer. If time is critical (special events, weddings) please allow several weeks for production. Please call if timing is critical: 888-293-1109.
Is it possible to use an image other than a stamp on my products?
Yes, you may submit a photograph or another image. Please be assured: all art or photographs submitted remain your property. Art is returned to you after production by request. For information on submitting photos or art, see the Submit your artwork page.
High resolution images are required for a high quality result when creating your products. (300 x 300 pixels or larger)
Please email your graphics, art, photos, logos, etc. in one of the following formats: tiff or EPS (any image), jpeg (photos), or gif (lineart and logos). Attach all fonts and font suitcases (if fonts are needed) when you submit your art. Include PMS colors for matching if necessary. We are happy to typeset your text at no charge. Please remember to attach the file before clicking the "Send" button.

Do I need to provide my own stamps for products?
No, we provide everything needed for production unless you want to submit your own photo or art. A discount is available for customers ordering in quantity who want to provide their own stamps.
Do you use actual stamps or are these reproductions?
Your products will be created with actual, mint-condition postage stamps or licensed U. S. Postal Service reproductions. Whenever possible, you may choose either a real stamp or a licensed reproduction for your gifts. On the other hand, because we are not authorized to reproduce some stamps because of joint ownership licensing restrictions, we must use real stamps. Licensed reproductions only are used on Mugs, Posters, and Rulers.
Why do some stamp products vary in price?
Most of the stamps are out-of-print. As such, we must purchase them from secondary sources since they are no longer available through post offices. Like antiques and other items, pricing varies depending on the scarcity and value of the stamp. As a result the cost to create the product varies.
I would like to use text or a quotation not shown on your website. Is this possible?
Yes, you are free to use any text or quotation that is not obscene or in violation of known copyrights. Simply type your text or quotation in the space provided on the ordering page.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes, at your request we will provide a proof by fax, email or mail.
I would like to purchase bookmark tassels in quantity. Am I able to do so? Are any discounts available?
Yes, customers may purchase any quantity of bookmark tassels. Quantity discounts are available. You may place your order directly from the Tassel page.
I would like to purchase tassels with charms attached. Is this possible?
Yes, please email or call (888-293-1109) for a price quote.
Why aren't modern day celebrities on postage stamps?
They are sometimes available on foreign stamps, but the U.S. Postal Service has a policy of not issuing stamps featuring live people. After someone has been deceased for ten years they can be depicted on U.S. stamps. The exception is U.S. presidents who are featured on stamps immediately after they are deceased.
