In addition, your orders will be kept on our secure server so that you can easily reorder your custom items.
Of course, you can also order by phone, email or fax. Please call if you would like to submit a purchase order.
• Product development is one of our specialties. We work with hundreds of museum stores, colleges and universities, health care institutions, corporations, non-profits and organizations of all kinds to create unique, top quality custom items at a reasonable cost.
Production information:
• We will add your company name and/or logo to your custom products at no charge. We will also leave our company name off of your products at your request.
• Pre-production samples are available as an option so that you can receive your actual product before ordering if you prefer. Pre-production samples are $40 each and include overnight shipping.
• Wholesale customers can receive (random) sample items to determine quality and size before ordering.
• You will be kept informed about the progress of your order with email or telephone updates.
• We use Pantone Matching System (PMS) color matching or we'll match a hard copy of your art if necessary.
• Email proofing gives you the security of knowing that what you see is what you get.
• Special services such as bar coding, special labels, packaging and displays are available to our wholesale customers.
• We provide photos for you to place on your own website if you are offering your items for resale on the web.
• Fast service—most orders ship within 24-72 hours. If you have a time-sensitive order, please contact us to confirm that we can meet your requirements for date-in-hand.
• Rush service is available for an extra charge.
• Products are made in USA. (Mousepad raw material is the one exception).
• A portion of our annual profits are donated to cancer resesarch
• We are members of the Museum Store Association and the Fair Labor Association
• We are licensed by the U.S. Postal Service, and are licensed to create products related to Smokey Bear, Woodsy Owl, Grant Wood, Carl Sandburg, Langston Hughes and Margaret Mitchell.
