How long will it take to produce and ship my order?
We are often able to process orders within one to two business days, but occasionally, especially during busy times, production may take longer. If time is critical (special events, weddings) please allow several weeks for production. Please call for exact production time information: 888-293-1109.

Is RUSH service available?
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. However, during busy times, we also offer Rush service for an extra charge. This means your order will go to the front of the line for first production priority. More information about Rush Service is available when you add items to your cart. What shipping options are available?
We ship using Fedex Ground, Fede Overnight, Fedex 2-day, Fedex 3-day shipping, as well as Priority Mail. UPS shipping is also available. We can use your Fedex or UPS number for billing directly to you at your request.

What is your guarantee?
Paperweight kits, Presidents Rulers, charms and tassels may be returned in original condition.
All other items are made to order to your specifications. If we make an error on your product, we will replace your item at no charge.
Your products are 100% guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship.

What is your returns policy?
Paperweight kits, bookmark tassels, charms and (non-personalized) Presidents Rulers are able to be returned unused in their original packaging within 30 days. Custom items will be redone if we have made a typographical error. Other custom items are not returnable. We ask that you type your wording carefully.
